Event Overview
A Pride March took place in Taytay, Rizal on Saturday, June 20, 2026, with members of the LGBTQIA+ community marching through the municipality. The event highlighted calls for equality, inclusivity, and the protection of LGBTQIA+ rights, while celebrating diversity and self-expression.
The activity was organized by the Gender and Development (GAD) Office of the Municipality of Taytay. Participants assembled at San Juan Gym before marching along Rizal Avenue to Kalayaan Park.
Accompanying Pride Fair
A Pride Fair held concurrently at Kalayaan Park offered free public health services including HIV testing and health information, eye check-ups, haircuts, and reflexology sessions. A community bazaar and photo booth were also available, with all activities open to the public at no charge.
