Due to the extreme June heat making outdoor parades difficult, New Delhi’s queer community has organized a packed calendar for Pride 2026, featuring nightlife, workshops, screenings, and creative showcases throughout the month.
The LaLiT New Delhi’s 24/7 Bar is hosting four themed drag nights (Drag Excellence on June 5, Mehfil-e-Dolls on June 12, Desi Met Gala on June 19, and Eden After Dark on June 27), showcasing artists from India and Vietnam. Additionally, the Queer Rated Comedy Club presented a comedy show at Depot48 on June 4.
For cultural markets and fairs, the annual "Tinder Queer Made Weekend" by Gaysi Family and Tinder India takes place on June 13 at DLF Promenade , alongside an art party in collaboration with Westland Books at KNMA on June 14. Sidecar is hosting a mini-fair of six queer-owned ventures on June 21 , while Depot48 is organizing its own Pride Fair on June 7 , followed by a bold costume and drag showdown night on June 18.
In literature and documentary screenings, the anthology Queer India Now, edited by Dhrubo Jyoti and Dhamini Ratnam, launched at the India International Centre on June 5. On June 6, the New Delhi LGBTQIA+ Centre screened a documentary on Ireland's marriage equality movement, followed by a panel discussion with representatives from the Embassy of Ireland.
Other highlights include a gala performance and party at Monkey Bar on June 6 , a theatrical relationship drama starring Jainil Mehta and Kunaal Sangtani at The Quorum in Gurugram on June 20 , and Queer Gully’s series featuring a "Paint it Queer" session on June 6, a Pride Fair on June 14, and the "Dragon’s Fury" event on June 27.
